1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jeay9 website located at jeay9.net and any associated mobile-optimised versions, sub-domains, or successor URLs operated by jeay9. By accessing the jeay9 platform in any capacity — including browsing game catalogues, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or withdrawing winnings — you are deemed to have accepted these Terms without reservation.

jeay9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jeay9 will notify registered players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access real-money games, place bets, or make deposits on jeay9, you must first register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a working email address, and a username and password of your choosing.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. • You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification messages.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a jeay9 employee.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have previously been excluded from the jeay9 platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

jeay9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all platform features, which may be subject to verification requirements, geographic restrictions, or technical maintenance windows.

3 Age Restriction and Verification

The jeay9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years and older. Access to real-money wagering by persons under 18 is prohibited without exception. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are not accessing the platform on behalf of any person under 18.

jeay9 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all registered players before withdrawals are processed. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit on the account. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to four business hours. jeay9 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees — jeay9 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party fees.

jeay9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash account showing the registered mobile number matching your jeay9 account) and source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 14 days of the request date may be cancelled and the funds returned to the player's jeay9 wallet balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jeay9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum multiple of the bonus amount (or deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per offer) that must be wagered before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on every bonus offer page and in the Promotions section of the jeay9 platform.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus wallet, which is separate from the cash wallet.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• jeay9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such change does not affect bonuses already accepted and in the process of being wagered.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated wagering software, or coordinated bonus abuse — will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

Bonuses are intended for recreational player engagement. Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse rather than genuine recreational play may have their bonus eligibility reviewed or restricted at jeay9's discretion.

6 Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on the jeay9 sportsbook and all game rounds played in the jeay9 casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, game, or event. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

For sports betting on the jeay9 platform — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — the following general principles apply:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets are final once confirmed. jeay9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided by jeay9 due to event cancellation, abandonment, or data error.
• In-play betting markets are subject to live odds adjustments. jeay9 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to software errors, human input errors, or data feed failures resulting in obviously incorrect prices — jeay9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are stated in the sportsbook terms and within individual market displays.

For casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games such as Aviator — all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game actions (dealing of cards, roulette wheel spin) observed in real time via video stream. jeay9 does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game round after it has commenced.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG games are certified by the respective game provider. Live dealer game RTP is determined by the mathematical house edge applicable to the rules of each game variant. RTP information is available within each game's help section.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the jeay9 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You must not use the jeay9 platform in any manner that is abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeay9 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the jeay9 platform or any game. Any suspected vulnerabilities must be reported to jeay9 support and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform as a mechanism to transfer funds between third parties.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account-level restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or mask the identity of a previously suspended or excluded account holder.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your jeay9 account. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material fact to jeay9 at any time.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile financial service provider without first contacting jeay9 support to resolve the dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and legal action to recover the reversed amount.

jeay9 employs fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behavioural analysis systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jeay9 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant financial or law-enforcement authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jeay9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account shows activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The player has requested self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools or through jeay9 support.
• A regulatory, legal, or court order requires the restriction or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified cash balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable on account closure and will be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jeay9 account may do so by contacting jeay9 support via live chat. Before closing an account, any active bonuses will be forfeited and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the account is deactivated. Account closure requests submitted voluntarily are processed within 48 hours.

In cases where jeay9 closes an account due to a Terms breach, any funds in the account may be retained pending investigation. jeay9 will notify the account holder of the closure and the reason, except where providing such notification would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation or conflict with a legal obligation of confidentiality.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the jeay9 Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and jeay9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
